Coro Fellows are a cohort of twelve (12) next generation leaders who will spend nine months in a Public Affairs Fellowship in Pittsburgh. The cohort will develop their leadership skills and grow their social network while working on projects that catalyze positive change in the southwest PA region. Several Fellows will be working on projects in Sto-Rox from August through April.
During the week of August 10th the cohort will be exploring the question “Where is successful innovation and
collaboration happening in Sto-Rocks?” by conducting independent research, and facilitating informational interviews with residents and organizations that shape the community. This week is the launch of a longer cohort project and partnership with the Sto-Rox communities that will last into April 2016.
Following their week-long immersion in Sto-Rox, on August 14th, the Coro Fellows will make a free presentation open to the public. Please join us starting at 11am for light refreshments at the Father Ryan Arts Center at 420 Chartiers Ave, McKees Rocks.
