Coro Pittsburgh works with partners in the business, non-profit and government sectors to build capacity for collaborative leadership on issues of critical importance to the future of the Pittsburgh region. Workshops are customized to align with and support clients’ broader change initiatives such as alleviating poverty, improving public schooling, and building a green economy. Workshops consist of experiential learning activities intended to enable participants to access their natural ability to exercise leadership effectively. Learning outcomes include connecting with purpose and values, developing a shared vision, building resilience through awareness, leading from strengths, discovering group consensus, and leadership in political systems.
